This is not the luxury resort kind, but this hotel offers more than what you pay for. Good affordable breakfast, spacious room and toilet, and the tram to Venice is just 5 min walk from behind.
I read some reviews, let me share my experience! 1) the owner met us and gladly agreed to change the room to a less noisy one. He is a very friendly super nice person who tries to make your experience as good as possible. 2) location: in 4 min walk there is an express bus that takes you directly to Venice within 15 min. The best option. I wouldn’t recommend to park at Venice parking lot the prices are huge and you have to leave the key in. Next to the hotel there is a charging spot. 3) I was travelling with my parents. There was a bed and an extra sofa. Sofa has a sleeping mattress. Both are good quality. Yes, maybe the look of it is not like in 4 stars hotel, but then compare the prices too. 4) a free parking is available in the yard (if there is a free spot). 5) breakfast was okay-ish. But in Italy breakfast is a coffee, a croissant and a cigarette. I didn’t expect much We were happy with this choice
